Ordered from Kotn and ended up needing a different size. I figured it might be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. The return label was easy to find, I sent it back, and the new size showed up faster than I thought it would. Didn’t have to email anyone or wait around forever. Happy with how it went.

I picked up a few basics from Kotn, and overall I’m happy with them. The thing that actually stood out to me first wasn’t even the clothes, but the fact that they’re open about where their cotton comes from and how they work with factories. I always notice that kind of stuff, maybe before I even think about fit or color. Anyway, the pieces feel simple and easy to wear, which is what I wanted. Prices felt fair for the quality. Shipping was slower than I expected, so that was a little annoying, but not a dealbreaker for me.

I’d say the shirt color is really close to what I saw online. Maybe not absolutely exact, but it looked just like the pictures to me.

I reached out to customer support and they did get it sorted out, but it was still a bit annoying having to deal with the extra back-and-forth.

I’ve washed everything a few times now and the fit hasn’t changed, no weird twisting or fading either. They’re not the cheapest pieces out there, but for the quality, the price feels reasonable to me. I’d buy again, especially if there’s a sale or I need to replace staples...

I really wanted to like my order from kotn, but the fit just didn’t work for me at all. I got my usual size, and the shirt was tight around the shoulders but somehow still boxy through the waist. The pants were also shorter than I expected, so the whole order felt kind of off. The quality seemed decent, but the sizing was hard to figure out, and dealing with the return was a pain. I also reached out with a note about the fit issues and felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I could try things on in store first.

I’ve ordered from Kotn a few times now, and so far the delivery has been dependable. My latest package arrived right when they said it would, with no random delays or missing tracking updates. Tracking was simple enough to follow too. I kind of get the feeling they’ve got their shipping process figured out, though who knows. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

I usually have good luck finding my size here, which is a big plus for me. Most of the time the stock is solid, though I do wish the popular colors would come back a little faster.

It was almost two weeks before my package seemed to move much at all, and the tracking just sat there with no updates for days. I kept checking because I couldn’t tell if it was lost, delayed, or just sitting in a warehouse somewhere.
